Anyone who has kids items to sell can consign! Consigning with Kids Fair is easy and offers you a higher percentage of the sales than traditional consignment stores. It is easy, safe and no need to haggle when you sell with Kids Fair online!

The sale is online! All items get entered by consignors in the online portal and the sale occurs online. Shopping happens from the comfort of your home!

The only in person part is the drop off of your sold items and the pick up of purchased ones. 

How earnings work:
You’ll earn 50% on the first $20 of each sold item, 90% on the portion between $20–$150, 98% on any amount over $150.

The higher the item value, the more you earn!

You will receive your login information and the Consignor Package via email to get you started.

The Consignor Package has everything you need from getting your account set-up, to pricing assistance to packaging your items. Almost any issue that arises is addressed in the Consignor Package!

We also have a few videos on different steps in the process and a Facebook Consignors Club to join and ask questions from the other consignors.

We are available via email and our social media accounts to respond to questions and help however we can!

The experience can be a bit overwhelming when looking at all of the items you have to prep and sell.

Allowing yourself plenty of time (the consignor portal opens approximately 3 months prior to the sale) to get items gathered, cleaned, prepped and entered without rushing will help! Organizing items by category and size can help speed up entry!

We offer a step by step consignor guide, a Facebook group and are available to answer questions!

Yes! The minimum listing and sale price is $5. Items that the consignor has marked for discount on Saturday and Sunday will not be discounted to prices below $5.

 You are welcome to bundle items. When bundling, you have less listings to create however make sure to keep it simple: we recommend no more than 4 pieces in a clothing bundle for clothes over 2T. Bundles of toys, books and other items can vary!

Our limits are based around quality, condition, price and safety, not brand or number of items.

We expect our consignors to sell their best quality stuff, however that doesn't mean we only accept high end brands. This means we expect items to be clean, odor free, without stains, holes or tears and to have all zippers and buttons functioning safely. We offer guidance for each category to help you judge if your item is in shape to sell!

If your basic brand items are in great shape, you can sell them! Just make sure to price them reasonably (we offer assistance in our pricing guide).

Due to strict regulations surrounding homemade children's clothing in Canada, we do not accept homemade clothing. Clothing made by small, licenced clothing shops is not considered hand made as they have proper labels and adhere to safety standards for clothing. 

To be eligible for a free Presale Pass, you must be an active consignor, meeting the minimum requirements (35 items or $250 sales value listed).

We do not have a referral or rewards program, but we do have a Social Ambassador program!

Social ambassadors help us spread the word about the sale and get rewarded for it. Each Social Ambassador receives a unique discount code to share to Facebook groups, their friends on Instagram or other social media platforms. They can earn up to $50 in Kids Fair Cash to shop the sale ($5 for each pass purchased using their code) and receive early access to the initial Presale on Thursday mornings to shop 10 minutes before it opens!

Social Ambassador applications open approximately 6 weeks prior to the sale. 

Our drop-off location is at The Garrison Curling Club (2288 47 Ave SW).

Consignor Drop Off: Wednesday, May 6th from 8am to 8pm and Thursday, May 7th from 8am to 1pm at The Garrison Curling Club (2288 47 Ave SW).
