At Kids Fair, we are committed to excellence. Our dedicated team examines all products, except for clothing and shoes, to confirm that everything you purchase is as described and functioning appropriately. If there are any issues found, Kids Fair Staff will discuss it with the buyer to find an appropriate solution.

Upon check-in, we do our best to inspect items, including ensuring any powered items are working appropriately and large item checklists have been reviewed to ensure all the pieces are present and the item is functioning correctly.

If there are quality, condition or safety concerns noted with an item, we will pull that item. If it is a safety issue, that item will be refunded in full. For issues of quality or condition, the issue will be discussed with the buyer to find an appropriate resolution for the issue.

There is the chance a consignor does not drop off the items you have purchased. In the case of the item not being available, we will issue a full refund.

Buyers are given space to unpack and check over their items at pick-up and are expected to do so. This is a requirement for all items that don’t need full un-boxing or setup, to be eligible for a potential refund. For items requiring full un-boxing or setup, the buyer has 24 hours to report issues. If a buyer has received delivery, they have 24 hours to report issues with any of their items.

Due to the nature of the Kids Fair pop-up consignment sale and that all items are purchased from individual consignors, returns will not be accepted. Items cannot be returned due to buyer error. If a buyer decides they do not like a purchased item, it can be re-consigned at the next sale or left with Kids Fair for donation.

We accept donations for various local Calgary organizations and will announce where donations will be going to closer to the sale so that we can provide you with their wishlist and accepted items. You can bring any kids items to us to donate, along with anything that’s on the organization’s wishlist. We have previously donated to the Children’s Cottage Society and the Women In Need Society (WINS). 

Yes, delivery is offered within Calgary City Limits for $20.

Large items (eg. Cribs) may require an additional delivery charge.

Shipping within Canada can be arranged however the items must fit in a Canada Post flat rate box and the buyer is responsible to pay the invoice of the cost to ship the box prior to Kids Fair sending it. If items are shipped, they are not eligible for refunds.
