At Kids Fair, we are committed to excellence. Our dedicated team examines every product, from electronics and clothing to big-ticket items, confirming that everything you purchase is exactly as described. If there are any issues found, a full refund is provided.

 Upon check-in, we do our best to inspect every item, including ensuring any powered item is working appropriately and large items have checklists to ensure all of the pieces are present.

When items are brought to us, if there are any safety issues, this item is pulled immediately. You will be issued a full refund for this purchase. If there is a noted quality issue that affects the function of the item you will be issued a full refund. If there is a minor flaw that isn’t noted in the description, or is quite apparent we will discuss with you. If you are comfortable with the condition and want the item still, we will issue a partial refund. If you are not happy with the flaw, we will issue a full refund. If a item in a bundle is flawed, you will receive a partial refund.

There is the chance a consignor does not drop off the items you have purchased. In the case of the item not being available, we will issue a full refund.

Due to the nature of the Kids Fair pop-up consignment sale and that all items are purchased from individual consignors, returns will not be accepted. Items cannot be returned due to buyer error. If a buyer decides they do not like a purchased item, it can be re-consigned at the next sale or left with Kids Fair for donation to Children’s Cottage Society.

You can bring any kids items to us to donate along with any items on the wishlist of the Children’s Cottage Society (Click Here). We will pack everything up and drop off to them. All of the donations are used to support the many services Children’s Cottage provides to Calgary families and kids.

Yes, delivery is offered within Calgary City Limits for $25.

If you spend $350.00 or more (total value of all your orders), Kids Fair offers free delivery within the city of Calgary for you the day after in person order pickups.
