Shipping, Delivery & Pick-Up

At Kids Fair, we want to make shopping as easy and convenient as possible for families across Alberta! Whether you're nearby or a few cities away, we offer flexible fulfillment options to suit your needs.

***If you are shopping from outside Calgary and require shipping, please use the ‘Available for Shipping’ filter to view eligible items.

Local Pick-Up (Calgary) – FREE

After the sale ends, all of your purchased items will be organized and packaged together, perfect if you make multiple purchases throughout the weekend.

Pick-Up Details:

- Date: Friday, May 8th
- Time: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Location: The Garrison Curling Club (2288 47 Ave SW)

Helpful Tips:

- Buyers are given space to unpack and check over their items at pick-up and are expected to do so. This is a requirement for all items that don’t need full un-boxing or setup, to be eligible for a potential refund. For items requiring full un-boxing or setup, the buyer has 24 hours to report issues.

- Need someone else to pick up for you? Just forward them your confirmation email.

Option 2: Local Delivery – $20 within Calgary city limits

Prefer to stay in? We’ll come to you!

For a flat $20 fee, we’ll deliver your items right to your door, even if you make multiple purchases throughout the weekend. We’ll bundle them together for one easy delivery.

Note:

- Large items (e.g. cribs or oversized gear) may require an additional fee.

- Deliveries will go out on Friday, May 8th, the same day items are picked up.

Option 3: Shipping to Select Alberta Cities

We now offer flat rate shipping to the following Alberta cities:

- Airdrie -$25
- Canmore - $25
- Banff - $25
- Chestermere -$25
- Edmonton - $30
- Red Deer -$30

Families in these areas can now shop with Kids Fair, and we’ll ship your purchases right to your door!

How it works:

- Use the "Shippable Items" filter while shopping to see what can be shipped.

Eligible items typically include:

- Clothing & shoes
- Toys
- Books
- Some baby gear

Want to Ship Outside These Cities?

We can arrange shipping within Canada, as long as the items fit in a Canada Post flat rate box. Please reach out before the sale begins if you're interested in shipping outside our listed cities.
