Scholastic - Prekindergarten Pen Control. Follow the lines/tracing/shapes and colour activities. Ink staining on some pages and ink flecks on all. See photos for some of the pages. Marker not included.
Recommend Expo markers as they don't leave as many stains or residue on the pages as the other and off brands do (where the stains and ink flecks are from on two of these books).
