I know these dollhouses can be quite expensive and each group of furniture can also be worth a lot. It is very sturdy and in good condition. There are some greeny/grey scuff marks and some drawing marks on the top of the dollhouse but this can also be fixed if you wanted to paint it to make it your own (seen in photo #3 and #5). Great addition for the littles that love to use their imagination and create living spaces and stories with all the dolls and furniture.
