Description : Fits the littlest kids, under 36" tall. Has ankle cups, foot strap, elastic velcro straps for around calves. Piece of masking tape is covering a piece of hard thread end from manufacturing, see photo. With the tape my kids didn't feel the hard piece, so I left it on.
