Description : VGUC. My daughter wore it once last year, the fluff around the collar of the cape did not wash up nicely so it’s not as soft otherwise VGUC. Size 100, which I believe is a 2/3Y. We chose to use it as a Cindy Lou costume but I think it would work for Little Red Riding Hood as well.
