Description : Plaid bear birthday decorations. Bought all the digital files off of Etsy and then printed on cardstock paper, cut out and strung with brown rope. There is a “happy birthday”, “one” as well as “newborn-one year” photo banner. The photo banner has some white marks on it from where the photos were removed but can be easily covered with your own photos. Also has a black bear “one” cake topper and a gold number 1 candle (only lit once). There is also one red balloon weight that matches the theme. Just add some balloons and your own touches for a great party!
