Description : High-quality toddler water shoes from Kauai featuring a bright blue neoprene upper, breathable mesh ventilation panels, and pink trim. Built with an adjustable toggle cord lock at the heel for a secure fit. The thick, wavy black rubber soles are in flawless condition with full tread intact. Note: The previous owner's name is written in black permanent marker directly across the back of both heels (see photos), but the shoes are structurally excellent with tons of life left. Clean, from a smoke-free home.
