Description : Such a great first tricycle for your little one. There is a handle that parents can push but can also be removed. The pedals can be pushed in so that they don't actually control movement of the bike if you little one cannot pedal yet. They can also be popped out to control the movement of the bike. It is in very good mechanical condition, but it has been through a few kids so there are cosmetic scratches. Very good deal.
