The Kids Fair Fall & Winter Sale is your very best opportunity to clear out and cash in on gently used children’s items.
Consignors earn a minimum 60% of their sales, with the average earning $150 per sale. This sale accepts seasonal clothing, shoes, toys, baby gear, sports equipment, outdoor toys, nursery items, children’s furniture, décor, books, crafts and more.
The Fall & Winter Sale is a great place to switch your kids closet over to the new season.

The last day to enter items is Monday October 17th, 2022. Please see the Consignor Agreement.
Thursday, October 20th, 2022 at 8am: Presale Pass access.
Thursday, October 20th, 2022 at 4pm: Consignor, New Parent Pass & Twilight Pass Access.
Must be an active consignor, meeting the minimum requirement (25 items or $150 sales value minimum, or have purchased a presale pass.)
Friday, October 21st, 2022: Open to Public
Saturday, October 22nd, 2022: Open to Public
Sunday, October 23rd, 2022 at 8am: Half Price Sunday! Open to the public with many items listed at 50% off their price!
Tuesday, October 25th, 2022: Consignors drop off sold items by appointment only at the Marda Loop Communities Association, 3130-16th Street SW, Calgary Alberta.
Wednesday, October 26th, 2022: Shoppers pick up purchased items at the Marda Loop Communities Association, 3130-16th Street SW, Calgary Alberta.
To make drop offs and picks ups quick, efficient and Covid friendly, we are asking that you book a drop off time (for consignors) and a pick up time (for shoppers). CLICK HERE
Payments will be electronically sent within 10 business days following the sale.

Consignors must be consigning a minimum 25 items or $150 sales value in order to receive presale access.

Kids Fair Volunteer Consignors can earn up to 70% of their sales by working up to three volunteer shifts.
There are a multitude of shifts offered at each event. Register early for best selection.
